Choosing a therapist can be a difficult task. It is important to know that your therapist is a good fit for you and your situation. I hope to help you make that decision easier by offering you a free 30 minute consultation to discuss your concerns and goals for counseling and also let you know my general approach to therapy.

I practice from a cognitive behavioral perspective in the context of a Christian worldview. I have a passion to work with couples and families. I often see issues relating to anxiety, childhood experiences, depression, divorce, sexual trauma, sexual issues within marriage, boundary setting, difficulty in making decisions, crisis pregnancy, post-abortion trauma, and unhealthy relationships. Individual, family, and group counseling are offered as indicated by an initial assessment. Successful counseling happens in a safe and relational environment.
